Otherwise, just continue to farm, focus blood shards on the item you want to get an ancient or primal for, and it'll come eventually. i heard that gr90 is the speedy way to do it. at gr90 the rg apparently caps out its legendary drop rate so going any higher to try and grind gear doesnt help. then ...
